Constantine Gonticas is a Private Equity investor through his own company, Green Square Capital.
Prior to his current role Constantine was Managing Partner of Novator LLP, a family owned investment company specialising in direct investment in Central and South Eastern Europe. Whilst at Novator, Constantine sourced a number of investments in the region, including PLAY (a Polish mobile telephony company), Netia (Polish fixed line telephony) and Forthnet (Greece).
Before Novator Constantine was head of investment banking for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and African for Merrill Lynch and prior to that spent 12 years at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Constantine was one of the first finance professionals to be active in Central Europe from 1991. He has been involved with many of the region’s largest companies both as an investor and a banker.
Constantine has a Law degree from Oxford University.
